Last week I was listening to one of the lists on Spotify, maybe Rock This. Anyway, The Middle got my attention and I can’t get it out of my head ever since. I could swear I’ve heard this song somewhere but I can’t put it anywhere. As it turns out, it’s the cover of Zedd, Grey feat. Maren Morris‘ song. Which doesn’t help me as I don’t think I ever heard that version. I mean, I don’t listen to the radio and after listening to the original I can say it’s not really my kind of music.
Okay, let’s get back to the version at hand. I have no idea who these guys are, but goddamn, the lead singer of All Good Things has a fucking awesome voice. I’ll make sure to get their music on my playing list in the future. If I had The Middle back in January, I probably would have listened to it on repeat. This is exactly how I felt back then. Not understanding how did you end up in a situation and wishing things could be mended only if the other pary found you important enough to try and meet you in the middle.

The original version of this song has been played to death on the radio. I don’t hate the original but this guys voice is freaking awesome. I like this version a lot.
I don’t listen to radio, like ever, so thankfully I never hear the ‘popular’ songs. I came across this version by accident, but holy shit, this guy really does have a freaking awesome voice.
I was just reading, and I may be way off base, but from what I can gather they do heaps of music for Video Games.
I love when guys have that distinctive voice.
Yeah, apparently they started off by selling their music to be used in Video Games and in TV. That’s pretty cool. One of my favorite bands, Poets of the Fall got recognised first when they had their song, Late Goodnight featured in a Max Payne game.
Also, I just spent a few minutes scouring YouTube and my Spotify playlist has quite a few new songs. Thank you
